Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RightCliq, we strive to provide a seamless service experience. However, we understand that cancellations and refunds may sometimes be necessary. Please review our policy below:

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel a service request at any time by contacting our helpline at 888-400-9090.
  • If the service partner has already visited the location before cancellation, a ₹200 inspection fee will be applicable.
  • If the service has not yet been assigned or the partner has not visited, cancellation is free of charge.

Refund Policy

  • Payments made for availed services are non-refundable.
  • Service charges, inspection fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable once the service is provided.
  • In case of a failed transaction, the amount will be refunded as per the payment gateway’s policies, typically within 3 to 21 working days.
  • If a service is not delivered due to an issue on our end, a refund will be processed at the discretion of RightCliq management

Broken Payment Transactions

  • A Broken Payment Transaction occurs when the amount, including service charges and taxes, is debited from the user’s account, but the payment status is not updated successfully on RIGHTCLIQ’s system.
  • In such cases, the debited service charges and taxes are non-refundable, but the remaining amount is eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds for broken transactions will be processed by the bank as per RBI guidelines and may take 3 to 21 working days, depending on the nature of the transaction.

Rework or Refund

  • If the issue is due to poor service quality, a free rework will be scheduled within 72 hours.
  • If the problem cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be offered based on the complaint’s nature and company policy.
