1.YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided via RIGHTCLIQ and the RIGHTCLIQ mobile app (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform and its services ("Services"), users agree to comply with these Terms. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

2. Legal Agreement

  • These Terms constitute a binding legal contract between RIGHTCLIQ Concepts Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62099KA2023PTC181910), with its registered office at #569/4, 1st Floor, 24th Main, 7th Cross Rd, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru 560102 ("RIGHTCLIQ," "we," "us," or "our"), and you, the user ("Customer").
  • By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have the necessary authorization to bind them to these Terms.
  • Whenever you use our services, including but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Home appliance repair and cleaning services, you agree to abide by the applicable rules, policies, guidelines, terms, and conditions associated with each service. These terms are automatically incorporated into our Terms of Use and are considered an integral part of them.
  • As long as you adhere to these terms, we provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our platform. In case of any inconsistency or conflict between the general terms stated here and the specific terms of a particular service, the provisions outlined in the applicable service’s terms and conditions will take precedence.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or comply with the requirements listed here, please do not use the Services.

3.SERVICE

RIGHTCLIQ offers a platform that allows users to easily connect with independent service professionals for various home-based services. Through this platform, you can schedule and arrange services as per your requirements.

The platform is intended for personal use only unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement. It is designed for users within India. If you choose to access the services from outside India, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions applicable to that region.

4. RIGHTCLIQ SERVICE AND TERMS

As part of the standard functionality of RightCliq, users must provide a valid phone number during the registration process on our website or mobile application. By registering your phone number with us, you authorize us to contact you via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, either directly or through a third-party platform, for subscription or service-related updates.

You will always have the option to opt out of receiving future communications. Additionally, if you wish to discontinue receiving messages or request the removal of your contact details from our mailing lists, you may reach out to us using the contact information provided below. Please note that if you are registered with the DND National Registry, you may not receive any promotional messages from us.

Request Confirmation:

  • After placing a service request through any platform, the customer will receive a confirmation message from RightCliq.in on their registered mobile number.
  • Service Partner Assignment:
    • Within 15 minutes, the nearest available service partner is automatically assigned.
    • The customer will receive an SMS with the contact details of the assigned service partner.
  • Initial Inquiry:
    • The service partner will call the customer to understand and analyze the issue.
    • The customer will need to provide the exact address during this conversation.
  • Service Partner Identification:
    • The service partner must wear a RightCliq.in-branded T-shirt.
    • If not, customers should call the helpline for assistance before allowing the partner inside.
  • Inspection & Price Quotation:
    • The service partner will inspect the issue and provide a rough or exact quotation for repairs, including details of components and service charges.
  • Service Approval & Execution:
    • The service will commence only after the customer approves the quotation.
  • Disagreement with Quotation:
    • If the customer is not satisfied with the quotation, they can:
      • Call our helpline for assistance.
      • Refer to our standard price list.
    • If the customer still decides not to proceed with the service, they are required to pay the ₹200 visiting charge.
  • Payment Confirmation & Warranty:
    • After making the payment, customers must ensure they receive an SMS from RightCliq with the transaction amount.
    • This message serves as confirmation of a 90-day service warranty.
    • If the message is not received, customers should contact our helpline.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures related to cancellations, refunds, and eligibility criteria.

4.Insurance Claim Policy

  • Users may claim insurance coverage of up to ₹10,000/- for damages caused by the assigned Service Partner, applicable only for online payments.
  • If the service cost is below ₹10,000/-, compensation is limited to the amount paid.
  • The lower amount between the service cost and ₹10,000/- will be considered for claims.
  • Claims require Service Partner approval. In some cases, a RIGHTCLIQ representative may assess the damage before approval.
  • All claims must be reported immediately to our Customer Support Helpline at 888-400-9090. Delayed reports will not be considered.
  • An insurance policy of up to ₹10,000, applicable only in cases where the damage is caused by our service partner. The insurance claim is subject to the submission of the original purchase invoice for the electronic appliance item, more.

5.Action Against Unprofessional Behavior

RIGHTCLIQ will take appropriate action if users report unprofessional behavior from a Service Partner, ensuring service quality and professionalism.

  • Scheduling & Availability: To book a service, follow the instructions on the Platform and provide the necessary details. We make every effort to match you with a qualified Service Professional for your requested time. If no professional is available for the selected slot, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

  • Booking Confirmation: Once you submit a request, we will confirm your booking via SMS, email, or push notification. After confirmation, payment must be made as per the Platform’s terms. You will receive details of the assigned Service Professional through the app or via SMS, email, or push notification.

  • Service Professional Substitution: If the assigned Service Professional is unavailable or cancels, we will provide an alternative professional from our network.

6.Create Account, Password and Security

If you create an account on RightCliq, you must select a username and password. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that take place under your account. You agree to:

  • Notify RightCliq immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

  • Log out after each session to prevent unauthorized use.

  • Refrain from using another user’s account without prior approval from RightCliq.

RightCliq is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to uphold these security measures..

7.USER COMMENTS, REVIEWS & RATINGS

Users may post reviews, ratings, and comments about RightCliq services and listed professionals, subject to the following terms:

  • RightCliq does not validate or reflect the opinions expressed in the ratings and reviews displayed.These reviews represent the perspectives of individual consumers and not those of RightCliq. We disclaim any warranties or guarantees regarding their accuracy, reliability, or content.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you post. RightCliq does not endorse or accept your submissions as representative of its views.

  • By posting, you grant RightCliq a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content.

  • You confirm you have rights to the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

  • RightCliq reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content deemed inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or in violation of policies.

  • Prohibited content includes obscene, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or malicious material. Impersonation, data collection, or posting harmful software is also not allowed.

  • Any legal claims arising from your content will be your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify RightCliq against such claims.

RightCliq is not liable for user-generated content but reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

Content Disclaimer

  • RIGHTCLIQ facilitates the exchange of information shared by advertisers, homeowners, home improvement professionals, and other third parties. While we strive to maintain the authenticity of the content available on our platform, we do not have complete control over its accuracy, integrity, or quality. Some information may include typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
  • RIGHTCLIQ does not guarantee the authenticity, timeliness, accuracy, quality, copyright status, legality, or compliance with intellectual property rights of the content presented. Users acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at their own risk, and RIGHTCLIQ shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from its use.

9.MATERIAL AND PLATFORM USAGE

  • The materials and platforms, including the website, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express, implied, or statutory warranties. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. 10.Platform Improvements and Updates

RIGHTCLIQ reserves the right, without obligation, to make improvements or correct errors or omissions in any part of the platform. While efforts are made to update information promptly, RIGHTCLIQ shall not be liable for any inaccuracies.

11.Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest, including trademarks and copyrights, in respect of the domain name and platform content hosted on RIGHTCLIQ are reserved with RIGHTCLIQ. Users are permitted to read, print, or download text, data, and/or graphics from the platform for personal use only. Unauthorized access, reproduction, redistribution, transmission, or other dealing with platform information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Our company does not endorse, provide, or support any third-party technical support services. Any reference to third-party products, companies, or services on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. We are not affiliated with, nor do we have any partnership or connection with, any third-party technical support providers.

We may use information and data pertaining to your use of the Services for provision of the Services, analytics, trend identification, and purposes of statistics to further enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our Services, and provision of beneficial schemes, new offers, and for experience enhancement.
  • Subject to applicable laws, we may be directed by law enforcement agencies or the government and related bodies to disclose data in relation to you in connection with criminal or civil proceedings. You understand and agree that in such instances we shall have the right to share such data with relevant agencies or bodies.

13.CUSTOMER AND SERVICES PARTNER CONDUCT

     NON-DISCRIMINATION & RESPECT POLICY

  • RIGHTCLIQ strictly prohibits discrimination against Service Professionals based on legally protected characteristics such as race, religion, caste, nationality, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, or age. Users must treat Service Professionals with courtesy and respect and ensure a safe, clean, and appropriate workspace for service execution.
  • Service Professionals may refuse services if the environment is unsafe, unclean, or if they experience disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior from users. RIGHTCLIQ reserves the right to restrict or terminate user access if such behavior is observed or found to be unlawful.

Code of Conduct for Service Partners/Users

Users and Service Partners must resolve any conflicts arising from services provided. RIGHTCLIQ is not liable for damages if:

  • A user cancels a booking with RIGHTCLIQ and receives services from a RIGHTCLIQ-listed service partner outside the platform.

  • A Service partner provides services to users after canceling a booking on the RIGHTCLIQ platform, leading to termination from the platform.

14.RIGHTCLIQ ROLES & RESPONSIBILIES

1. RightCliq's End-to-End Responsibility:
RightCliq takes full responsibility for the entire service process—from booking and assigning a technician to order completion. We ensure that our customers receive hassle-free service with quality assurance at every step.

2. Service Tracking & Resolution:
We actively monitor the progress of each service request. If a technician fails to contact the customer, delays service, or if any issue arises, RightCliq steps in immediately to resolve it and ensure service completion.

3. 90-Day Service Warranty & Free Repeat Repairs:
RightCliq offers a 90-day warranty on all services. If there is any issue or dispute with the service provided, we guarantee a free repeat repair to rectify the problem at no additional cost.

Warranty Terms:

  • Any warranty claims must be reported within 90 days of the initial service.

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper use, or third-party intervention after the repair.

At RightCliq, our goal is to provide reliable, long-lasting repairs giving you complete peace of mind.

4.Visiting Charges ,Service Charges & Material Charges : 

If an inspection is necessary to diagnose the issue, a service partner will visit your location to assess the problem. In cases where the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, a nominal inspection fee of ₹200 will be applicable.

  • Service Charges:RightCliq believe in transparent and fair pricing. Our service charges are fixed and vary based on the type of service, with detailed pricing available on each service page.
  • Material Charges:For material charges, most prices are listed as per market standards. However, these charges may vary depending on the spare part, service type, brand, make, and model. To ensure accuracy, our service professionals will provide a final estimation after inspection. Customers are required to approve the estimation if they wish to proceed with the service. If the customer chooses not to proceed, a visiting/inspection charge will be applicable.

To give you peace of mind, we offer a 90-day service warranty, while the material warranty is subject to the respective brand, make, and model.

5.RightCliq's Commitment to 100% Customer Satisfaction

  • We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction with our home repair services.

  • If a customer is dissatisfied, we take full responsibility and will resolve the issue promptly and efficiently.

Follow-up & Feedback

  • Once the issue is resolved, we will follow up with the customer for feedback.

  • The feedback will be used to improve future service quality.

Exclusions

  • Customer misuse, mishandling, or external factors unrelated to our service will not be covered.

  • Complaints reported after 48 hours may not qualify for a free rework or refund.

  • Minor dissatisfaction cases may not be eligible for refunds if the core issue is resolved.

 What We Do Not Accept

  • Unjustified refund requests without valid reasons.

  • Harassment, abuse, or offensive language towards service professional.

  • False complaints aimed at exploiting the policy.

15.General Policy Statement

RIGHTCLIQ (RIGHTCLIQ CONCEPTS PVT. LTD) is committed to maintaining transparency, trust, and integrity in all financial transactions. This policy outlines the terms for online payments and refunds while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Every RIGHTCLIQ employee and affiliate is responsible for adhering to these guidelines.

16.Payment Conditions

  • RIGHTCLIQ provides only services and does not sell any products; therefore, refunds for products are not applicable.
  • In the event of a failed transaction, the amount will be credited or refunded to the user’s account as per the payment gateway’s policies.
  • Users will be informed of the payment gateway used during the transaction.
  • Service charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Payments typically reflect in the RIGHTCLIQ account within two working days.
  • RIGHTCLIQ is not liable for payments failing to reach the designated account due to incorrect details provided by the user.
  • If a payment is declined by the user’s bank or card issuer, RIGHTCLIQ holds no responsibility and does not notify the user. The user should verify with their bank if the payment has been deducted.

    18.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1.General Disclaimer:
    RightCliq is not liable for any damages resulting from the use, misuse, or reliance on the platform. This includes direct, indirect, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, whether under warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

    2. Awareness of Risk:
    Even if RightCliq has been informed of potential damages, it does not assume responsibility for losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, its materials, or any content accessed through it.

    3. Legal Responsibility:
    RightCliq does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, product, or service featured on the platform or external sources accessed through it.

    4. User Accountability:
    Users assume full responsibility and risk when using the platform and the internet.

    5. Extent of Liability:
    These limitations apply regardless of any failure of essential purpose and to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    6. Jurisdictional Exceptions:
    Some regions may not permit limitations on incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

    20.CONTENT MONITORING & REMOVAL POLICY

    1. Content Monitoring:
    RightCliq reserves the right to review, modify, or remove content  on its platform to comply with legal requirements, ensure platform functionality, and protect users. While we are not obligated to monitor all material, we may periodically do so to uphold compliance and security.

    2. Content Removal:
    Users or advertisers can request the removal of submitted materials, including ratings and reviews. RightCliq also retains the right to delete or refuse content that is defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or detrimental to the platform’s integrity. Content may also be edited for clarity, length, or compliance with editorial standards before publication.

    Service Partner Roles and Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to service requests and customer inquiries.

    • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

    • Provide accurate information regarding service timelines, costs, and warranty policies.

    • Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance as per industry standards.

    • Use genuine and high-quality parts/materials for repairs.

    • Ensure timely and efficient service completion.

    • Follow safety protocols and industry guidelines.

    • Maintain transparency in pricing—no hidden charges.

    • Avoid misleading claims about services or capabilities.

    • Uphold professionalism, including punctuality, honesty, and integrity.

    Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Compliance

    Policy Violation & Account Termination

    Service partners must adhere to company policies, service standards, and ethical business practices. Violations that may lead to suspension or termination include:

    • Providing false or misleading service details.

    • Overcharging or adding undisclosed fees.

    • Consistently poor service quality and negative customer feedback.

    • Using counterfeit or substandard parts.

    • Engaging in unethical, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

    • Failing to comply with safety and industry regulations.

    User & Service Provider Responsibilities

    • Transaction Responsibility: Users are responsible for their transactions, including service exchanges and performance. RIGHTCLIQ is not liable for contract breaches or non-performance.

    • Indemnification: Users agree to hold RIGHTCLIQ harmless from any disputes arising from transactions.

    • Content Accuracy: RIGHTCLIQ does not control user-provided information; users should exercise discretion.

    • Risk Awareness: Users acknowledge risks associated with online interactions, including misrepresentation.

    • Privacy & Security: RIGHTCLIQ enforces strict privacy policies and security measures to protect user data.

    • Price Variability: Listed prices may change; users must confirm final costs with service providers.

    • Service Enhancement: RIGHTCLIQ may implement security protocols and optimizations to improve user experience.

    23.Information & Privacy

    • Accuracy & Disclosure: Users must ensure that all information provided such as name, contact details, and age is accurate. RIGHTCLIQ reserves the right to share necessary details with service providers for operational purposes.

    • Privacy Protection: RIGHTCLIQ upholds stringent privacy standards, ensuring that the use of user-provided information does not infringe upon privacy rights or legal obligations.

    • Price Variability: Prices listed on the platform are subject to modification. Users must verify final costs with service providers, and RIGHTCLIQ assumes no liability for pricing disputes.

    • Security & Service Enhancement: RIGHTCLIQ may implement security protocols and service optimizations to enhance user experience. By using the platform, users acknowledge and consent to these measures.

    24.INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party, including the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. These obligations will survive any termination of the Terms.

    25.Miscellaneous Provisions

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws, without regard to conflict of laws principles or your actual state or country of residence. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts in India. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from these Terms. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

    Severability and Waiver

    If any provision or portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RIGHTCLIQ, superseding all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.

    26.Right to Investigate and Remedies

    RIGHTCLIQ reserves the right to investigate complaints or violations of these Terms and take appropriate action, including reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement or third parties. We may disclose necessary information related to user profiles, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information as deemed necessary.

    RIGHTCLIQ also reserves all remedies available at law and equity for violations of these Terms.

    27.Force Majeure

    Neither RIGHTCLIQ nor any Distribution Site shall be liable or deemed in breach for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events or conditions beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to governmental actions, natural disasters, power failures, strikes, terrorism, or transportation interruptions. Your payment obligations remain unaffected during such events.

    28.Arbitration

    Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996:

    • All proceedings shall be conducted in English.

    • Unless the parties agree otherwise, three arbitrators shall be appointed.

    • The venue for arbitration shall be in Bangalore, India.

    29.Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RIGHTCLIQ regarding the subject matter herein, superseding all prior written or oral communications. No modifications to these Terms are valid unless in writing and signed by both parties. RIGHTCLIQ reserves the right to update these Terms, effective upon notice to you or posting on our website, for any Advertising Products ordered thereafter.

    This website (www.rightcliq.in) is owned and operated by Rightcliq Concepts Pvt Ltd. We provide independent repair and home services for various brands. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any brands. All brand names and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.

    RightCliq Concepts Pvt Ltd reserves the right to add, alter, or delete material from the website at any time. The images used on this website may include free stock images and are not necessarily representative of the company's actual services.
