These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered through RightCliq’s website and mobile app (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform and its services (“Services”), you agree to follow these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is a key part of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform. These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the “Customer”) and RIGHTCLIQ Concepts Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its office at #569/4, 1st Floor, 24th Main, 7th Cross Rd, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru 560102.

If you’re using the services on behalf of someone else, you must have the authority to bind them to these Terms. Whenever you use any of our services (e.g., Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, or Cleaning), you agree to follow all related rules and policies. If there's a conflict between these general terms and specific service terms, the specific service terms will apply.

2. Services Offered

RightCliq provides a platform connecting users with independent service professionals for various home-based services, including but not limited to electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, home appliance repair, and cleaning services. These services are intended for personal use within India unless specified otherwise in a separate agreement. If you access our services from outside India, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions applicable to that region.

3. User Obligations

As part of using RightCliq, you must provide a valid phone number during the registration process on our website or mobile application. By registering your phone number with us, you consent to receive communications related to our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.​

4. Service Process and Terms

To use our services, users must register with a valid phone number. By doing so, you agree to receive service-related messages or calls from us, either directly or service technicians. You may opt out at any time. However, if you are on the national DND (Do Not Disturb) registry, you may not receive promotional communications.

  • Request Confirmation: Once you request a service, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
  • Service Partner Assignment: We assign a nearby service partner within 15 minutes and share their contact details via SMS.
  • Initial Contact: The assigned partner will call you to understand the issue. You must share your complete address during this call.
  • Identification: The service partner must wear a RightCliq-branded T-shirt. If not, please call our helpline before allowing entry.
  • Quotation: After inspection, the partner will give you an estimate for the work, including service and component charges.
  • Service Approval: Work begins only after you approve the quote.
  • If you disagree with the quote, you may call our helpline for assistance, refer to our standard price list, or decline the service—however, a ₹200 visiting charge will apply

5.Insurance Claim Policy

Our insurance claim process is very smooth and easy. To review our complete policy, please visit our dedicated page: Insurance Policy. This page outlines the terms, conditions, coverage limits, and procedures for claiming insurance in case of any service-related damage.

6. Account Creation and Security

When creating a RightCliq account, you must choose a secure username and password. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree to:

  • Keep your login details confidential,
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access,
  • Always log out after each session,
  • Never use another user’s account.

RightCliq is not responsible for any loss caused by failure to follow these steps.

7. Reviews, Ratings, and Comments

Users may leave reviews and ratings, subject to these rules:

  • Reviews reflect personal opinions and not those of RightCliq.
  • We do not guarantee their accuracy or reliability.
  • You are fully responsible for the content you post.
  • By posting, you grant RightCliq the right to use and share your content.
  • Your content must not break any laws or violate third-party rights.
  • RightCliq may remove or edit inappropriate content without notice.

Prohibited content includes anything offensive, misleading, illegal, or harmful. Impersonation, spam, and malicious content are not allowed. If any legal issue arises from your content, you agree to take full responsibility and indemnify RightCliq.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest, including trademarks and copyrights, in respect of the domain name and platform content hosted on RIGHTCLIQ are reserved with RIGHTCLIQ. Users are permitted to read, print, or download text, data, and/or graphics from the platform for personal use only. Unauthorized access, reproduction, redistribution, transmission, or other dealing with platform information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Our company does not endorse, provide, or support any third-party technical support services. Any reference to third-party products, companies, or services on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. We are not affiliated with, nor do we have any partnership or connection with, any third-party technical support providers.

Please be aware that any third-party technical support services you may encounter are independent entities, and we are not responsible for the actions, products, or services provided by such third parties. We advise you to exercise caution and perform due diligence when engaging with any third-party technical support service.

9. Customer and Services partner conduct

RIGHTCLIQ strictly prohibits discrimination against Service Professionals based on legally protected characteristics such as race, religion, caste, nationality, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, or age. Users must treat Service Professionals with courtesy and respect and ensure a safe, clean, and appropriate workspace for service execution.

Service Professionals may refuse services if the environment is unsafe, unclean, or if they experience disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour from users. RIGHTCLIQ reserves the right to restrict or terminate user access if such behaviour is observed or found to be unlawful.

10.Code of Conduct for Service Partners/Users

Users and Service Partners must resolve any conflicts arising from services provided. RIGHTCLIQ is not liable for damages if:

A user cancels a booking with RIGHTCLIQ and receives services from a RIGHTCLIQ-listed service partner outside the platform.

A Service partner provides services to users after cancelling a booking on the RIGHTCLIQ platform, leading to termination from the platform.

11. RightCliq – Roles & Responsibilities

(a) End-to-End Service Responsibility
RightCliq manages the entire service journey for you from booking and assigning a technician to the successful completion of the service. We aim to deliver a hassle free experience with guaranteed quality at every step.

(b) Real-Time Service Tracking & Issue Resolution
We actively monitor each service request. If a technician delays, fails to contact the customer, or if any issue arises, our team steps in immediately to resolve it and ensure timely service completion.

(c) 90-Day Service Warranty & Free Repeat Repair
All services provided by RightCliq are backed by a 90-day warranty. If any issue arises within this period, we offer a free repeat repair at no additional cost.
To be eligible, warranty claims must be reported within 90 days from the date of the original service.
Please note that the warranty does not cover problems resulting from mishandling, improper use, or interference by third parties after the repair.
Our goal is to ensure reliable, long-lasting repairs that give you complete peace of mind.

(d) Visiting, Service & Material Charges
If a technician visit is required to diagnose the issue, a nominal inspection charge of ₹200 will be applicable in case you decide not to proceed with the repair.
Our service charges are fixed, transparent, and vary depending on the type of service. You can find detailed pricing on the respective service pages of our website.
Material charges are based on current market rates but may differ depending on the spare part, service category, brand, make, and model.
After inspecting the issue, our technician will share a final estimate with you. If you approve the estimate, the service will proceed accordingly. If not, only the ₹200 inspection fee will be charged.

(e) Trained & Verified Technicians
All our technicians are professionally trained and undergo a thorough background verification to ensure safety, reliability, and high service standards.
Our team is committed to resolving disputes and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

To uphold service quality, RightCliq has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place with its partners to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry norms. Full SLA terms are available under the Partner Terms & Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

RightCliq shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or reliance on its platform. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages such as loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. Even if RightCliq has been advised of the possibility of such damages, it assumes no responsibility for any loss resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, its content, or any materials accessed through it. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, products, or services provided either directly or through external links. Users are solely responsible for how they use the platform and access the internet. These limitations apply regardless of the failure of any essential purpose and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In regions where such limitations are restricted or prohibited, RightCliq’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

13. Third-Party Links and Responsibility

RightCliq may include links to third-party websites, such as those of advertisers, affiliates, or strategic partners. However, we do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the content, products, or services provided by these external sites. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites before interacting with them. Accessing or using these websites is entirely at the user’s own risk, and RightCliq is not liable for any issues, losses, or damages that may result from such interactions.

14. Privacy Policy

RightCliq is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of any personal information that it may request and receive from its clients, business partners and other users of the Website. 15. Indemnification

By using RightCliq's services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RightCliq, along with its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claims, damages, or legal costs including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of third party rights, including intellectual property. These obligations will remain in effect even after termination of the Terms.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, irrespective of any conflict of law principles or your place of residence. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in India. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws. Severability and Waiver: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and RightCliq, superseding all prior communications or agreements. Any waiver of a term must be in writing and signed by both parties.

17. Right to Investigate and Remedies

RightCliq reserves the right to investigate any complaints or suspected violations of these Terms. This may include reporting illegal activities to law enforcement or third parties. We may disclose user information such as email addresses, IP addresses, profile details, and usage history as necessary. RightCliq also reserves the right to pursue any legal or equitable remedies in response to such violations.

18. Force Majeure

RightCliq and its associated distribution platforms shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in service delivery due to events beyond their control. These may include natural disasters, government actions, strikes, power outages, terrorism, or disruptions in transportation. Your payment obligations remain unchanged during such force majeure events.

19. Arbitration

Any dispute related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Unless otherwise agreed, the panel will consist of three arbitrators. The arbitration venue will be Bangalore, India.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and RightCliq regarding the services provided. They override all previous verbal or written understandings. Any changes to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties. RightCliq may update these Terms from time to time, with changes becoming effective upon notification or publication on the website for any new services ordered thereafter.
