Overview

Terms of Use often address matters including user rights and responsibilities as well as proper usage and possible misuse of the service, accountability for online actions and conduct, a privacy policy addressing personal data, payment details for subscriptions or memberships, opt-out policies for communications, details of account termination, and prescribed processes for dispute resolution, which often mandate binding arbitration and limit users’ rights to to take a claim to court. Terms of Use should also include a disclaimer or limitation of liability reducing the site’s responsibility for potential user damages, as well as details for notification provided to users when the terms are updated or modified.
Service Level Agreement
Welcome to the RightCliq Concepts Pvt Ltd Terms of Use agreement. For purposes of this agreement refer to the RightCliq.in, which can be accessed at RIGHTCLIQ Partner App.
Product improvement and technology advancements have now allowed us to handle the issues of the smashed services marketplace. Our platform aims to remove unnecessary human interference by our sophisticated data analysis. It scans for on spot professionals who are closest to attend the customers’ needs and then furnish this choice to the clients as well as the professionals nearby
Our services include all types of Home Cleaning services, Electronics & Appliances Repair, Plumbing, Electrician, Carpenter, Painting, Laptop/Desktop Repair and a lot more. At the moment, we are actively rendering our services in Bengaluru, but we are constantly growing and in the near future we would extend our services to the rest of the country.
The following Terms of Use apply when you view or use the Service RightCliq.in Located : 569/4, 1st floor , 24th Main Road, 7th Cross Rd, HSR Layout 1st Sector Bangalore 560102 by accessing the service through clicking on the application RIGHTCLIQ Partner App on your mobile service
Please review the following terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Service.
RIGHTCLIQ.IN shares only unique work order to every service partner for an unmatched conversion ratio. Hence, we require the Partner to attend each work order properly.
KYC AND BACKGROUND VERIFICATION
KYC documents of the Partners are to be duly submitted on or before the execution of agreement with RIGHTCLIQ
RIGHTCLIQ.IN holds the rights to terminate the Partner agreement if the KYC documents furnished are found to be unsatisfactory as per the company policy.
PARTNERS need to furnish the contact details and the KYC information of all the service persons under them who will be providing services to customers generated by RIGHTCLIQ Customers have the rights to claim Insurance for sum of Rs.10,000/- against the Product which is damaged by the partner during the Process. Hence, any Service undertaken has to be completed with utmost care and quality since customer satisfaction is our main priority.
RIGHTCLIQ assures its customers to provide the service partner details within 15-30 minutes of placing the service request. Citing the same, the Partners are required to adhere to the timelines. When a customer avails a service, no inspection charge is to be collected as the customer would be charged for service, material or any other repair costs.
When the customer does not avail any service, an inspection charge of ONLY Rs200/- is to be collected by the Service Partner. Bills will be provided by the service partner for the Service provided to the customer and no misguidance on the same.
If the Partner misguides the customer in any way (eg: suggesting him/her for a spare part replacement, even if the part is fully functional) then that Partner profile would be immediately suspended and the entire security deposit of the partner will be forfeited and also all his work order would be nullified
SERVICE PARTNER MANAGEMENT
RIGHTCLIQ has a dedicated SERVICE PARTNER MANAGEMENT TEAM who verifies the reason leading to any application of REFUND. The refund of the work orders Package takes 90 working days from the date of application of refund. A service charge of 5% is deducted from the total amount to be refunded which is applicable for service and engagement charges. During payment, the subscription work order cost plus 18% GST is collected. However, in the event of a refund, only the work order price will be refunded the 18% GST will not be returned. This policy also applies to the security deposit
The refund amount is returned by Online Transfer or Cheque and cannot be refunded by cash or any other monetary means. Refunds will not be processed in case of any pending complaint on the partner. We reiterate that RIGHTCLIQ.IN is an online MARKETPLACE connecting the customer to Service Partner. Conversion of a work order to a JOB is the responsibility of the Service Partner in its entirety.
THE AFOREMENTIONED TERMS OF USE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY POINT OF TIME WITHOUT PRIOR INTIMATION AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF RIGHTCLIQ CONCEPTS PVT LTD.
DATA PRIVACY POLICY.
RIGHTCLIQ has a stringent DATA PRIVACY POLICY. Any Partner found to share/using the internal data of RIGHTCLIQ.IN without prior permission and not in accordance with COMPANY POLICY will be immediately terminated and hence the deposit will be forfeited automatically. Keeping in accordance with the severity of the breach, a legal action can also be initiated.
The work order PACKAGE document is property of RIGHTCLIQ is for internal circulation only. The document cannot be produced: in any form printed or electronically without prior permission for RIGHTCLIQ By logging into the RIGHTCLIQ PARTNER Android Application you are giving your approval in letter and spirit to all the points mentioned in this document. the bill amount for that order (the amount collected from the customer by the service partner) will be imposed on the partner.
In rare cases, when the partner has agreed to accept an amount which is less than the ‘Service charge’ being displayed on clicking the Order Bill button for that particular order, then and
only then he is allowed to enter a negative value in the Extra Service Charge field in the bill. The negative amount entered it the Service Charge should be such that the total Service Charge (Service Charge, exclusive of the Material Charge) must be equal to the amount collected by the partner from the customer for that service.
If the partner purposefully tries to manipulate the bill amount by entering a negative value in the Extra Service Charge or if on verification, it comes to the notice of RIGHTCLIQ that the amount paid by the customer for that service is more than the amount charged by the partner as the total service charge (Service charge and Extra Service charge, exclusive of Material Charge), then a suitable penalty will be imposed on that partner and his account may also be suspended.
If there are any complaints against the partner for any particular order, then these can be viewed in the “Complained” section to the app. Also the customers can call the RIGHTCLIQ helpline number and raise a complaint. The partners are expected to attend to these complaints with highest priority. If the partner fails to communicate with the customer on time or if the partner fails to respond to calls from RIGHTCLIQ then another partner would be sent to the customer for complaint resolution the very same day. In such a scenario, RIGHTCLIQ reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100 percent of the bill amount plus Rs1000 on the partner against whom the complaint was raised.
The partners can view the preferred time (at which the custom: wishes to avail the service) from the app. The partner can also call the customer and fix a convenient time for the service as per mutual agreement. The partner is expected to reach the customer's premises at the aforementioned fixed time. A 2 hour delay window is also permitted if the partner is updating his whereabouts to the customer regularly.
If the partner still doesn’t reach the customer by this time, then RIGHTCLIQ reserves the right to impose a penalty of Rs. 1000 on that partner.
RIGHTCLIQ APP AND ITS FUNACTIONS
The “Stop work order '' functionality in the app is for the convenience of the Active Partners. If any partner is found using this functionality as a tool to bother our support staff then RIGHTCLIQ reserves the right to impose a suitable penalty and/or suspend his account, as the case may be.
RIGHTCLIQ PARTNER APP requires just the GPS Location,media ,contacts and Notification permissions to function properly. Providing these permissions to the app on the mobile handset is the responsibility of the partner. Ensuring that these permissions are granted to the app is the responsibility of the individual partner and not RIGHTCLIQ.
The RIGHTCLIQ PARTNER APP is designed for single device login using a single id. If the partner chooses to install the app: multiple devices and then login with the same mobile number,then the partner might miss Job Alerts and App Notifications. Ensuring that the partner is installing the app and logging into his account through a single device at one point of time is the responsibility of the partner and not RIGHTCLIQ.
By clicking on any order in this app, you are giving your approval to all the points mentioned in this “Terms and Conditions for partner - Service Level Agreement” document.
COMPLAINTS AND THEIR RESLOLUTIONS
RIGHTCLIQ has a dedicated team in handling customer complaints regarding the services. The complaints are verified and the Partner will be apprised about the same so the similar situation does not arise in future. We at RIGHTCLIQ are striving continuously to achieve ZERO complaints from customers and for the same we expect the Partners to help us achieve that. Price has to be quoted as per the Market Price. If price is quoted more than the actual rate, we will be forced to block that particular partner. The payment that you have done would stand “Null and Void” Exact amount has to be updated in the amount charged section. If an amount is updated incorrectly, there will be penalty fee. The Penalty will be decided by RIGHTCLIQ penalty fee. The Penalty will be decided by RIGHTCLIQ.
In line with the company policy of offering HIGH QUALITY SERVICE to our customers we have very low tolerance toward: customer complaints on Partner behaviors. We try our best to educate and train the Partner and their resources in accordance with our ZERO complaints policy. However, a Partner will be blacklisted and the contact will be terminated if the Partner will not resolve the complaint within 24 hrs turnaround time. If the partner does not resolve any complaint, RIGHTCLIQ has the rights to compensate the customer from the partner account.
If a partner has collected spare parts/components/any appliance from a customer and has delayed to replace/return the same or response rate is low/no response to any of the calls, strict action will be taken based on the response of the partner. This may include Legal Action depending on the extent of the non-responsiveness of the partner.
Complaints which are not handled properly by any Partner or not resolving in time nor responding to calls properly of the Customer/Customer Support Team, by default 5 work orders will be deducted from the Partner Account
We at RIGHTCLIQ also strive for excellent experience for our Partners. We have a dedicated Grievance team to address the issues of the Partner. Any issues that the Partner is facing will be addressed within 48 hours.
RIGHTCLIQ has a dedicated team in handling customer complaints regarding the services. We at RIGHTCLIQ are striving continuously to achieve ZERO complaints from customers and for the same we expect the Partners to help us achieve that.
When the assigned partner is unable to attend to a customer complaint on the earlier requested service or does not respond to a call after multiple times, RIGHTCLIQ will assign an alternate partner so that the customer does not incur any service delay. The amount that a customer has paid to the earlier assigned partner will be adjusted to the new/alternate partner from the earlier assigned Partner's Account.
Package Validity:
The work order package purchased by the partner will be Valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase of the package. The package shall automatically expire at the end of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase of the package.
Automatic Termination of Partner Account:
The Partner accounts which have been dormant for a period of 6 months i.e. such accounts which have not closed a single order for more than 180 days will automatically be terminated and any remaining work orders available in that account will become null and void. RIGHTCLIQ has a work orders Package Refund Policy if the Partner does not get committed results.
REFUND POLICY :

The refund amount is returned by Online Transfer or Cheque and cannot be refunded by cash or any other monetary means. Refunds will not be processed in case of any pending complaint on the Partner.
We reiterate that RIGHTCLIQ is an online MARKETPLACE connecting the customer to Service Partner Conversion of a work order to a JOB is the responsibility of the Service Partner in its entirety.

PRIVACY POLICY
The company “RIGHTCLIQ CONCEPTS PVT LTD” respects the privacy of its Service users. Please refer to the Company’s Privacy Policy (found here: RIGHTCLIQ.IN which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. When you access or use the Service, you signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms of Use.
REGISTRATION; RULES FOR USER CONDUCT AND USE OF THE SERVICE
If you are a user who signs up for the Service, you will create a personalized account which includes a unique username and a password to access the Service and to receive messages from the Company. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password and/or account. The Company will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of the unauthorized use of your member name, password and/or account.
ONLINE CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Service, but not directly by the Site, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content.
Though we strive to enforce these Terms of Use, the Company shall have the right to remove any material that in its sole opinion violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement or which might be offensive, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. Unauthorized use may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution under Federal, State and local law. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND COPYRIGHT AGENT
Termination of Repeat Infringer Accounts. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require that the users do the same. We have adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of users of the Service who are repeat infringers. We may terminate access for participants or users who are found repeatedly to provide or post protected third party content without necessary rights and permissions.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
We can amend these Terms of Use at any time and will update these Terms of Use in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in this agreement. Your continued use of the Site or the Service signifies your agreement to our revisions to these Terms of Use. We will endeavor to notify you of material changes to the Terms by posting a notice on our homepage. you should keep your contact and profile information current. Any changes to these Terms (other than as set forth in this paragraph) or waiver of our rights hereunder shall not be valid or effective except in a written agreement bearing the physical signature of one of our officers. No purported waiver or modification of this agreement on our part via telephonic or email communications shall be valid.
GENERAL TERMS
If any part of this Terms of Use agreement is held or found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion of the agreement will be construed as to be consistent with applicable law while the remaining portions of the agreement will remain in full force and effect. Any failure on our part to enforce any provision of this agreement will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this agreement survive any transfer or termination of this agreement.
You agree that any cause of action related to or arising out of your relationship with the Company must commence within ONE year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
We may assign or delegate these Terms of Service and/or our Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy without our prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment or delegation by you is void.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE, UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF USE, AND WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS OF USE TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY AT RIGHTCLIQ.IN REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US AND THAT IT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
